Hailey began her yoga journey with Bikram Yoga and quickly fell in love with movement, meditation, and mindfulness. She began teaching vinyasa yoga in 2020 both in person and virtually. After several years of teaching studio classes, Hailey opened Sierra Blue Yoga & Wellness in beautiful Lake Tahoe!

Prenatal yoga is designed to support mama and baby mentally, spiritually and physically throughout the entire pregnancy, birth and early life as a new family. My Journey in Yoga began in 2001 and amplified in 2008 with Vinyasa and Bikram. In 2011 my prenatal yoga journey started with my first child. The type of prenatal yoga I was taking is incredibly nurturing, transforming and a perfect preparation for birth. I practiced this with all 3 of my pregnancies. I accomplished TT in prenatal yoga and Ayurveda in Santa Barbara Ca. 2015 I began my 200 shortly followed by 300 HR TT in Portland Or. I opened my own studio in 2016. I guided classes and workshops in Portland At YOYOYOGI as well as my studio in a neighboring town. I then added retreats to Zion Utah and Costa Rica each year. Gurmukh Khalsa and Wah Khalsa (mother/daughter) came into my life and I began Prenatal Yoga TT again in an extremely transformative space. I've had her book Beautiful Bountiful Blissful since 2011 and was honored to learn from the source of Khalsa Way Yoga. Shiva Rae is another teacher I have spent years learning from. Yoga is a lifestyle of mine and I am so thankful it found me. Instantly I knew I would be sharing the powerful practices of yoga for the rest of my life in different capacities, Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga is one that I am incredibly passionate about that lends a deep connection to baby and mama as well as preparing the mind and the body for birth and motherhood.

Charlotte has been a regular yoga practitioner since 2012 when she took a yoga class in college that opened her eyes to the many physical and mental benefits of a vinyasa practice. Since then, she has found joy in all the many different types of yoga from power to restorative to prenatal. Charlotte enjoys teaching creative sequences that guide the body and mind towards a “flow” state. Off the mat, Charlotte is a mom and communications consultant. In her free time, you can find Charlotte enjoying all the outdoor activities Tahoe has to offer with her family and friends. Charlotte earned her RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certification in 2020 and is trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga.

After several years cultivating a personal practice of Vinyasa yoga, Coby took the next step and received his RYT 200 accreditation studying under Shannon Liebel at Still Water Yoga Lake Tahoe. What was once just an opportunity to lengthen and strengthen the body for him, his yoga practice has also become a mindfulness and meditation practice that can know no bounds. As a true avid daily practitioner he takes pride and honors the opportunity to hold space and share knowledge with fellow yogis in his more active style of Vinyasa Flow classes. Coby plans to actively continue his journey on the yogic path and find awareness and alignment of the self, gaining more knowledge of the mind, body, and soul to share ideals of peace and love with those surrounding him.

I have lived in Lake Tahoe for 35 years. I am passionate about motivating individuals and groups in fitness activities. I started my own yoga journey in 2016 to compliment my other forms of excercise, to relieve my tension. and calm my mind. I love the way yoga makes my body feel, but also the way my mind feels clearer. I began teacher training in 2019 to "deepen my practice" and because I believe in the mind body connection yoga provides. I have been sharing yoga for the past 6 years. Please join me for a fun, but challenging journey on our mats.

Growing up in Beautiful Lake Tahoe, Mel's athletic journey took a turn when a shoulder injury halted her softball career during college. Turning adversity into opportunity, she dove into yoga and chiropractic, finding not just physical rehabilitation but also a deeper connection to self. Graduating with a BS in Kinesiology Exercise Science from Cal Poly, SLO, she furthered her expertise by completing her 200 hr RYT training in India in 2017 and earning her Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine from Palmer West in 2022. Mel's passion lies in helping others achieve wellness and self-compassion through yoga and chiropractic to embodying her belief in holistic healing.

Residing in South Lake Tahoe for over 11 years, Rachelle has cultivated a passion for outdoor adventure, deeply rooted in wellness. With yoga being the cornerstone of her active lifestyle, she hopes to inspire others to create a deeper mind-body connection with themselves and their surrounding environment. Additionally, Rachelle is a certified prenatal yoga instructor and mother, who desires to cultivate a safe space for mothers to deepen their connection with their body and baby, seek support, and connect with other pregnant mamas in our community.
